Lifeint holds its first company debate competition

To encourage communication, individual expression and team cohesion, Lifeint held a company-wide debate competition. Eight teams competed from November 22, 2017, through the final on June 20, 2018.

At the final in the Haicang Biomedical Park, teams debated whether compensation or career opportunities better retain employees. A surprise round and open debate prompted lively exchanges, applause and laughter. One speaker argued that fair, practical employee benefits are essential to retaining people.

After voting by judges and the audience, the affirmative team of Chen Maoli, Ye Guodong, Gu Mai and Li Wanbin won. The event encouraged colleagues to learn from different perspectives and practice reasoning and communication.
