Q1: Which functional validation methods are available?

Protein validation includes chemiluminescence (CLIA, CNY 600/plate) and surface plasmon resonance (SPR, CNY 250/sample/protein). Contact us for gene validation, tracking, modification or loading services.

Q2: How can EVs be tracked?

Options include fluorescent labelling (PKH26/PKH67 dyes, CNY 200/sample), cell confocal imaging (CNY 500/sample), zebrafish fluorescence and small-animal in vivo imaging.

Q3: Can drugs be loaded into EVs?

Options include focused ultrasound (CNY 1,000/sample, volume ≤2 mL), conventional sonication (CNY 500/sample), reagent-mediated transfection (CNY 1,000/sample), lipid anchoring and affinity anchoring.
