Turnaround

1

Immunomagnetic bead sorting

Capture EVs expressing specific membrane proteins with antibody-coated magnetic beads, then sort and recover them using a magnetic rack.

400 CNY/sample

3 business days

2

Magnetic bead sorting (streptavidin beads)

Use bead-form polyacrylamide resin bearing immobilised recombinant streptavidin for biotin affinity purification, sorting and recovery of EVs expressing specific membrane proteins.

400CNY/sample

3 business days

3

Small-scale lyophilisation

Small lyophiliser capacity is approximately 200 mL per run, up to 100 vials at 2 mL each.

500 CNY/batch

5 business days

4

Large-scale lyophilisation

Large lyophiliser capacity is approximately 40 L per run, up to 20,000 vials at 2 mL each.

10000CNY/batch

15 business days

5

Sodium-alginate gel preparation

Prepared using sodium alginate hydrogel containing highly absorbent groups; after absorbing moisture, it forms a hydrogel that encapsulates EVs.

2000 CNY/batch

15 business days

6

Microneedle patch preparation

Combine lyophilised EVs with soluble materials such as hyaluronic acid to prepare dissolvable microneedles for subcutaneous delivery.

10000CNY/batch

15 business days

Method overview

EV magnetic bead sorting uses magnetic materials that bind EV surface molecules to isolate and purify vesicles. The service can include EV extraction, bead selection and modification, binding, purification and testing. The source describes freeze-drying as removing water from frozen EV samples for longer-term preservation and stability.
